Dr. Timothy Rioux, Dr. Brent Stoliker, and our team of eye care professionals provide personalized care in a warm and friendly environment. We believe that building strong doctor-patient relationships is essential for optimal eye health. Our team takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and educate you about your options, helping you make informed decisions about your eye health.

Dr. Timothy Rioux

Optometrist

Dr. Tim Rioux is board-certified by the American Board of Optometry. He manages and treats a broad range of eye disorders such as glaucoma, dry eye, and macular degeneration. He also co-manages LASIK surgery and cataract surgery. Born in Fort Kent, he attended the University of Maine at Fort Kent and the University of Southern Maine. He received an Associate’s degree in Ophthalmic dispensing from Erie County Tech in Buffalo, NY. He completed his graduate degree at the New England College of Optometry, graduating with cum laude honors.

He was also elected to the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. He completed a one-year residency specializing in eye disease at Eye Health Services in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. He has served as past president of the Maine Optometric Association and the Ethics Committee of the American Optometric Association. He is also a past member of Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity where he provided free eye care to impoverished regions of Mexico and Columbia. He is a strong supporter of the Boy Scouts of America where he serves on the executive committee of the Katahdin Area Council. He is a past president of the local Lions Club, and he currently serves on the board of directors for the Fort Kent Knights of Columbus Corporation. Dr. Rioux is married to Jane and has three sons.

Dr. Brent Stoliker

Optometrist

Our practice is pleased to welcome the addition of Dr. Brent Stoliker to our team. Originally from Madawaska, Dr. Stoliker graduated from the University of Maine with magna cum laude honors in 2013 and recently graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2017 with honors status in each clinical rotation, specializing in fields including ocular disease, pediatrics, and primary care optometry. Dr. Stoliker is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society, American Optometric Association, and Maine Optometric Association and is a certified InfantSEE® provider. With his cutting-edge expertise in the field of optometry and outstanding personality, he continues to add to the exceptional care of our patients. Dr. Stoliker is accepting new patients.
